Following a commercial apprenticeship, Emily Mula studied business administration and business psychology part-time at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management. At the same time, she worked at the State Initiative for Research Data Management NRW at the University of Duisburg-Essen. She then worked as an IT coordinator at Magdeburg University Hospital and, in 2025, completed a Master’s degree in Project Management and Team Development at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Since October 2024, she has also been studying psychology (M.Sc.) there, specialising in environmental psychology and human-technology interaction.
