Digital and consistent engineering of production plants in consideration of neutral exchange formats as a foundation for sustainability
PhD Supervisor: Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Arndt Lüder
Industry companies are facing major challenges and changes in the future of the plant engineering and in the migration of this new full digital engineering process. Based on that there are new opportunities of sustainability. Both the use of data models for sustainable planning and optimization of production systems and the sustainability of data and digitization in general are still not clear in many cases. In the dissertation the data-efficiency and the different types of data waste will be evaluated in many use cases of the digital plant creation process taking into account neutral exchange formats.
